I hereby undertake to work in your agency on a temporary basis, stating that:

1. I am not currently pursuing any course of study.
2. We have not paid any money for recruitment except the application form.
3. You may transfer me to any post/category in your agency at any time, at any place and at any time, which is acceptable to us.
4. If any information comes to your agency about my work or my bad character/behavior while working in your office or your client's office, you may discharge me at any time, which shall be binding on me.
5. If in future I need to leave or change my job under any circumstances, I will inform your agency 30 days in advance. If I am unable to do so, you may withhold my salary.
6. I will abide by all the terms and conditions of your agency and your client during the employment and will take care that the reputation of your agency and your client is not harmed/damaged and will not do any such bad act.
7. I will be bound to work with all the conditions of your appointment letter and all my guarantees.
8. All the information mentioned above and the information mentioned in the candidate form is true and if in any circumstances it is found to be false, you can release us from our application or employment at any time against which we will have no objection.
